Isaac is a graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a concentration in Organizational Management. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Management from Gulu University. Isaac has worked with conflict affected communities in the areas of human rights protection, gender justice in conflict transition, reconciliation and reintegration.
