Ojok Boniface
Programme Coordinator
Boniface graduated from Makerere University with a degree in Social Administration. He was the lead local researcher on Roco Wat i Acoli, and continues as the Programme Coordinator to JRP.
Lino Owor Ogora
Research & Advocacy
Team Leader
Lino holds a degree from Makerere in Social Science and previously worked for the Norwegian Refugee Council.
David Opiyo
Finance & Administration
Team Leader
David received his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from Boston College in the U.K. He is a graduate of Gulu University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.
Evelynn Angeyo
Administrative and Human Resource Assistant
Evelynn is a graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science.
Emon Komakech
Research Fellow
Kpmakech is a graduate of Makerere University. He joined JRP as a research fellow in 2007.
Anyeko Ketty

Ketty graduated from Makerere with a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters at Gulu University.
Sylvia Opinia

Team Leader
Sylvia is a graduate of Uganda Christian University Mukono where she received a degree in Social Work and Social Administration.
Lindsay McClain
Communications Officer
Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, USA, with a degree in College Scholars and a concentration on the role of the arts in peace building.
Akullo Evelyn Otwili
Research Officer
Evelyne is a graduate of Gulu University with a degree in Development Studies. Beforing joining the team as a staff member, she volunteered for JRP for 3 years.

Board of Directors
Otim Michael
Chairman, JRP Co-Founder
Michael works as Head of Office for the International Centre for Transitional Justice in Uganda. He is among Northern Uganda’s most prominent civil society activists and one of very few key players in transitional justice issues in Uganda.
Ajok Margaret
Member
Margaret works at the International Centre for Transitional Justice in Kampala. She is the former Executive Director of the Center for Reparation and Rehabilitation and received a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Makerere University in 2004.
Erin Baines
Member, JRP Co-Founder
Erin is an assistant professor at the Liu Institute for Global Issues, University of British Columbia, Canada. Her current research interests include local approaches to transitional justice; the politics of humanitarianism and forced displacement and the study of gender, youth and armed conflict.
Komakech Tonny
Member
Tonny is the Finance Manager at the Northern Uganda Malaria Aids and Tuberculosis Programme (NUMAT) in Gulu, Uganda. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from Gulu University.
